Home Care

Most choose the comfort of home.

Many people choose to spend the last days, weeks or months of their life in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by friends and family. We help make that happen.

At-home patients usually choose a designated primary caregiver who also becomes a vital link among the Hospice team and a patient's immediate and extended family. This can be a spouse, an adult child or trusted friend. If necessary, our staff can work with you to identify someone who may accept that responsibility.
